Aripiprazole

Aripiprazole is an antipsychotic medication used to treat mental/mood disorders such as bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and as an adjunct in major depressive disorder. It can also be used to treat irritability associated with autistic disorder. Aripiprazole works by helping to restore the balance of certain natural chemicals (neurotransmitters) in the brain.
